The Guardian Glass Visualizer images are to assist in visualizing how glass products would appear under a range of conditions. The product colors seen on your computer screen or print-out are a representation of the product; however, due to monitor and printing device manufacturing variances, the limitations of computer monitor resolution and variation in interior and exterior lighting, actual glass colors may vary from the images you see. Colors that display on the screen and in printed representations of these colors may not be an exact match to the actual glass color and should not be used as a substitute for physical sample or mock-up evaluation. By accessing this calculator, you agree not to alter or modify the generated report data and information, by any means. Any manual alteration will be your own responsibility and will annul all the content of the report.
To improve the perceived accuracy of the images rendered by the Glass Visualizer, choose the highest monitor color resolution possible. Use a monitor that meets the sRGB or Rec. 709 or BT.709 standard. sRGB is the standard to which most LCDs are designed. The sRGB color space is designed to match typical home and office viewing conditions.
The selection of spandrel coatings is dependent on the options available through the glass fabricator. The glass spandrel options provided are intended to be representative only and serve as a guide for selecting color tones that will best align with the desired vision-to-spandrel glass harmonization. Actual outcomes may vary based on fabricator capabilities, material availability, and production processes. Guardian recommends review of full size mock-ups to finalize material selections for aesthetics and performance.
